Pros
This doesn't force you to limit things to exact seconds as I've seen in other products. For example, if you want to end a clip at 1:51:362 you can do that. Easy to use. Didn't crash iTunes on my computer like a similar program did.

After I used it a few times, it started cutting out parts of the tones I was using. I would create an MP3 tone and it would work fine in Media Player, then I opened it in AVC and I would only get about 1/4 of the whole tone.

User interface a little confusing, had to redo things a few times.
Summary
For free, you can't complain, it does the job. I did have trouble setting the start and stop times of the clip. Moving the slider to do so was too course. Setting the time stamps was better, but awkward, and I didn't know whether I was supposed to hit the button for set or not. Sometimes it worked, other times it lost where I was, and I don't know for sure why. But with a little patience it certainly worked well enough. This was free and worked; I can't imagine anyone actually paying for a ringtone, how stupid. It's not like I am going to do this over and over 24/7, so the little hassle with the interface was OK (and if I did do it a lot, I would probably figure the interface out better). I got what I needed for free, so thanks!
