Desktop Application: After you download, install, and set up the Verizon Cloud application, you can select which files you would like to backup to your online cloud storage account. You are also able to set up automatic backups. You can also restore documents back to their original location. Verizon Cloud is MAC® and Windows PC® compatible.

To set up automatic backups, use the wizard that automatically launches when you open the application for the first time. It will scan your computer (for the specified folders only) and back up any relevant content to your cloud storage. Any files that you add to the specific backup folders will be automatically backed up as well.

Note: You can manually open the wizard by clicking Cloud on the menu and then clicking Setup Wizard.

Alternatively, to configure your desktop application to backup automatically:

From the menu, click Preferences. Click Backup settings.

Website Application: You can manually select and upload files or folders to your online cloud storage account from any computer with an internet connection. This allows you easy access and management of your content while away from your home. Once files and folders are uploaded to the cloud, you can access, organize and even stream via any web browser.

Mobile App: App allows you to access, stream and share stored files in the cloud from your supported smartphone or tablet. Set up secure automatic backups of pictures, videos, contacts directly from your Smartphone or tablet. Once files are uploaded you can easily stream music and videos from your secure cloud account and share with family and friends.
