Great Software, Its resolved my all drivers related problems. It is very user friendly. It is value for money software.

Cons

I don't find any problem on this software.

Sucks, stuck on first update, can't go anywhere within the program, will be trying to get a refund from paypal. Bogus, rotten useless piece of garbage

Summary

do nott waste your time, Google sucks for having this piece of shit rip off so high in
search rankings. Whole experience from buying this piece of shit Asus 205 from Staples to trying to update the 2 year old software on this crappy netbook has been a nightmare. Screw you Staples screw you Driver Whiz.

It looks good!

Cons

Did not do what it said it would! Two attempts to acquire drivers for an android phone and a printer/scanner. Acted like it was working but did not!

Summary

Don't waste your money! I didn't get a refund when requested! You probably won't either!

Can't see any good, except it scan your drivers....

Cons

Do not update more than 10% of Drivers and when it do, it crash computer 50% of time

Summary

After scan, it come with 22 out of date drivers. Fail to fix 18
IDE ATA/ATAPI = FAIL

Pros

It updated all my drivers with the latest drivers available. I am using Windows 7 64-bit as my operating system. Microsoft Update is not this good.

Cons

I have been using this product for the past two years. When I updated this product this year, after entering my credit card information, the dialog box on the screen told me to call a 1-800 number. At which point an IT individual (from INDIA I think) answered the phone. He requested to take over my computer. He did this just to copy and paste the registration key in a dialog box. I could have done that without giving anyone access to my computer. This made me very uncomfortable.

Summary

I'm concerned, after years of using this product, why they wanted access to my computer. I use another product for internet security and file protection, so I'm hopeful that this intrusion will not cause me any ill effects. But, Driver Whiz does work very well at keeping ALL my computer drivers up to date.

The Pros are not worth taking about when you consider the Cons

Downloaded Drivers from locations that may not have had the best interest of my computer. Questionalbe advise... the results of following the advise ending up more blue screens of death than I have ever seen before. The same cookie cutter advise all the time.

Summary

Downloaded and tried hoping that this would improve my computers performance. The software identified many different driver requirements and I attempted to use those drivers. The software seems to like to grab the latest microsoft driver rather than the hardware manufactures recommendations. After installing all of the drivers and following the advice from the automated company e-mails... it became apparent that this was just some cash cow that someone wrote to line their pocket. My hardware is 5 - 6 years old and I had upgraded the BOIS, Processor and other hardware so that it continued to meet my needs. In time I will undo what this crap software has done and I won't trust these kinds of programs ever. Better to do you own reserch and download your own drivers and instructions than let some program do it for you. This had been what I have been doing... I thought I was going to save myself some time... I was a fool for thinking this.

None. Even after "fixing" my drivers, the same problems were reported.

Cons

Doesn't work and I'll probably never get it completely removed from my computer.

Summary

Tried to update my drivers, was diagnosed with have 18 out of date drivers. In the course of downloading new drivers noticed that I'm downloading exactly the same driver all the time, regardless of the driver function. Installed the downloads nevertheless and did scanning again. Was again diagnosed with the same 18 out of date drivers. Wrote to their customer service and received a 'canned' reply.

Tried to uninstall it, but it modified the "Uninstall Program" menu in the Control Panel (I use Windows 7 Ultimate)so there's no 'uninstall' option. Downloaded Revo Uninstaller and did deep scan uninstall. Found out that it modified many registry and spawned itself on several places in the hard drive. Did not want to mess with the registry, but removed all the program traces. My computer works better now - faster and no more freezes. Stay away from this software!

Crashed my Computer Made Me hours and hours of work computer had black screen nothing would work no restore had to do f-10 alt to bring up hidden partition and redo entire system
