To share a photo to a chat:

1. Click the Add an attachment icon.

2. From the Photo library, click Camera to take a new photo or click Pictures to send an existing photo.

3. When you’re ready, click Send to share to the chat.

Things to keep in mind about Photos in GroupMe:

• Our Meme feature lets you easily add text to your photos and turn them into fun memes.

• All photos shared within a group are automatically saved to the group's gallery.

To share a video to a chat:

1. Click the Add an attachment  icon.

2. Click Camera, then switch to Video and start recording. You can also select a previously recorded video from either Pictures or Documents.

3. Click Send to share the video.

The Meme feature lets you add text to your videos. Just click the Meme button in the top corner of the video.

To save a photo or video sent in GroupMe:

1. Right click on the photo or video.

2. Click Save.

To share a photo to a chat:

1. Tap the Add an attachment  icon.

2. From the Photo library, tap Camera to take a new photo or Gallery to send an existing photo. You can add up to 10 photos to share at a time.

3. When you’re ready, tap Send to share to the chat.

• If you don't have the ability to send multiple photos, be sure to update to the latest version of GroupMe.

To hide a chat:

1. In the chat you want to hide, click the chat avatar.

2. Click Settings  .

3. Click Hide Chat. The chat will be hidden on your device.

To unhide a chat:

1. Click the OpenNavigation menu.

2. Click the Archive  icon. Your hidden chats are displayed.

3. Click the chat, then the chat's avatar.

4. Click Settings , then Unhide Chat.

To hide a chat:

1. Tap and hold the chat you want to hide.

2. At the top of the screen, tap the Hide chat icon.

3. The chat will be hidden on your device.

To unhide a chat:

1. Tap the OpenNavigation menu.

2. Tap the Archive  icon. Your hidden chats are displayed.

3. Tap the chat, then the chat's avatar.

4. Tap Settings , then Unhide Chat.

To hide a chat:

1. From your Chat list, swipe left on the chat you want to hide.

   Note: On iPad, if you don't have your list of chats on the side, tap Chat at the top of the screen.

2. Tap the Hide  icon.

3. The chat will be hidden on your device.

To unhide a chat:

1. Tap the OpenNavigation menu.

   Note: If you don't have the OpenNavigation  menu, tap Chat at the top of the screen.

2. Tap the Archive  icon.

3. From the Hidden Chats tab, tap Unhide next to the chat.
