How to Download Content That No Longer Exists

Click the name of your app and select the version you want to download. Just make sure that the app meets the system requirements and is free from bloatware. We don't recommend that you install outdated browsers as it puts your PC at risk.

11. Download Photos and Videos From Instagram

Instagram lets you request a file containing every photo and video you've shared on the site.

1. On the desktop, click the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Click the Settings gear next to the Edit Profile button.
3. From the menu, choose Privacy and Security.
4. Scroll down to the Data Download button header and click Request Download.

To download multiple pictures, click the username of another Flickr member, and choose Albums. Hover your mouse or click the album thumbnail to make a download icon appear. Click this, then select Create zip file. A download link will appear after some time.

You Can Download (Almost) Anything Online

In iCloud for Windows version 11 or later, you can pin an individual photo, video, or your entire iCloud Photos folder. Pinned files are always downloaded to your device (unless they’re edited on another device or on iCloud.com; in that case, you need to repin the updated file).

If a photo or video is pinned, you see next to the filename in File Explorer.

1. On your Windows computer, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane.

2. Right-click the photo or video you want to pin, then choose “Always keep on this device.”

   When a photo or video is pinned, “Always keep on this device” has a checkmark next to it.

To unpin the photo or video, right-click the file you want to unpin, then choose “Always keep on this device” again to remove the checkmark.
